COVID-19

March 17, 2020

Message to our Customers:

We at Pinnacle ST take the health and safety of our customers and employees very seriously. We are monitoring the progress of the COVID-19 Coronavirus throughout the United States and we will be taking the appropriate actions to assist in reducing the spread and impact. At this point in time, we are continuing with business as usual, but we are prepared to make necessary changes moving forward. The health and well-being of our employees and customers is paramount.

As COVID-19 spreads at a rapid pace, we want to provide you with an update on how we at Pinnacle ST are addressing this unprecedented challenge.

  • We talk daily about vigilance of hand washing, keeping your distance and keeping your workplace wiped clean on regular basis.
  • We have implemented a cleaning and sanitizing schedule with an emphasis on disinfecting high touch areas.
  • We are following all food handling regulations along with closing all self-serve food options to limit COVID-19 community spread.
  • We are following CDC recommendations as closely as possible. When the recommendations change we are updating our policies and procedures.
  • We are also strongly suggesting that our employees do NOT go into crowded areas and take necessary precautions when out of their homes.
  • A strict travel policy for our employees is in place, and we have canceled meetings with large gatherings, again to do what we can to help prevent the spread of the illness.
  • Our recommendations are self-distancing, avoid touching your face after contact, and wash your hands as per CDC recommendation.
  • If you see any issues within our locations please make us aware immediately.

We are in unchartered waters as a cooperative the situation is fluent and will probably get worse before it gets better. As testing ramps up, the numbers will be rising. There is no other way to combat this virus than changing our behaviors and will make the necessary adjustments as they develop.

As a company with over 75 years of continued operations, we have faced many challenges throughout our history. This is an extraordinary situation, but we will continue to operate our cooperative with passion and compassion. You can be sure Pinnacle ST is taking this seriously. The circumstances will surely change, and we will do our very best to stay up to date on all new information that will help us combat this virus. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and do all we can to protect you and our employees.

Thank you
