Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to callers
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
- Greet visitors and provide assistance at the front desk

Fertilizer Plant Operations Manager

In this role you will be loading fertilizer and NH3 for farmers. You will be running a loader to fill orders as needed. We will train on safe handling and operations. You will also be doing general maintenance and some deliveries as needed and also other general help as needed to run a full service agronomy center.

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Ability to work additional hours to meet business demands
  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 75lbs
